Other than feedback of a general nature which we may – occasionally - receive in the workplace, there is a clear shortage of where we can get open and honest feedback or insights from people we value.

What is it that you can see in someone that they may not see in themselves?
Maybe you’ve noticed that they show genuine care or empathy for those who are in difficult or challenging situations. Or you’ve seen that they have the gift of encouraging others to persist in the face of adversity. What about their skill in diffusing a potentially heated moment, when a colleague was close to ‘losing it’.
Imagine how good it would feel to receive a supportive and unexpected positive comment or endorsement from a colleague, team member or friend.
There are so many things (actions or behaviours) that we see in others which we may not have shared with them, and they’re going to waste, a missed opportunity.
ICNU is a reminder for us to share with others what it is we see in them.
